When I first came to see Mary I was incredibly anxious and felt like a monster for not being a happy new mom. During our sessions I learned to accept myself and to get the support from family to be able to be me again.
When I came to see Mary I thought I was really going crazy. Postpartum depression was ruining my life. During our sessions I felt accepted and gradually was able to get myself back.
After the death of my husband, I experienced panic attacks, depression and anxiety. Mary Seidel helped me sort out my feelings and develop strategies to cope with these feelings. It was such a relief to be able to express my feelings without judgement. I gained insight regarding my own behavior. I always felt better after a session.
Counseling helped me get through the worst two years of my life, and I encourage any one who is having trouble seek help. I will always be grateful to Ms. Seidel for helping me find the way.
